Before contacting support

• Include the app version and build number from Settings.
• Include your device model and iOS version if possible.
• Describe what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
• For reminder issues, confirm that notification permission is enabled in iOS Settings.

Local-first storage note

The first public release stores routines and history locally on your device. If you delete the app, iOS may remove local app data as part of the uninstall process.
